Landlord fees

At PropertyLine we pride ourselves on the high level of service we offer and the transparency we have with all of our landlords, new and existing. This is why we are upfront with all of our fees and charges. Our management service offers our landlords with a full and comprehensive service so they have complete peace of mind when renting their property with PropertyLine. Our full managed service offers benefits such as:

  • Marketing your property on leading property portals.
  • Viewings which are accompanied by our experienced staff
  • Pre tenancy checks such as referencing and Right To Rent
  • Utility and services management, including gas, electric, water and council tax tenancy commencement and final.
  • DVD Inventories
  • Deposits secured with The Deposit Protection Service
  • Inspection one month after the tenancy commencing followed by quarterly inspections and reports provided
  • Rent reviews throughout a tenancy
  • Rent collection, statements and arrears management
  • Out of hours maintenance support for your tenants
  • Final inspection reports
  • Serving notice to tenants
  • Negotiation of deposits should a claim be required
  • SafeAgent accredited agent
  • Members of The Property Ombudsman

We provide this full management service at 12% plus VAT.

Other charges throughout the tenancy are as below:

  • Tenancy Set Up Fee £130 + VAT
  • Inventory / Checkout Fee £80 + VAT
  • Tenancy Renewal Fee £50 + VAT
  • Attending Court £100 + VAT
  • Attending gas safety check (void property) £10 + VAT
  • Administration of NRL tax returns £100 per annum
  • Duplication & testing of keys £10 + costs

We also offer a Let Only Service where the landlord would benefit from:

  • Letting market valuations
  • Marketing your property on leading property portals.
  • Viewings which are accompanied by our experienced staff
  • Pre tenancy checks such as referencing and Right To Rent
  • Preparing the Tenancy Agreement
  • Utility and services management, including gas, electric, water and council tax tenancy commencement if required.
  • Registering deposits with DPS if required.

This is charged at a set cost of £500 + VAT.
